Packing & Shipping
All shipments (for delivery outside of Boston) are packed securely in sturdy shipping cartons. Items are usually shipped the day after order receipt, or at the time you specify. Packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise noted in product description.

Shipping & Handling Charges
We ship using UPS so it is important you provide us with an accurate and complete shipping address. Please include the recipient's name, company name if applicable, street number and street name, floor, suite or apartment number and an accurate zip code. We cannot ship to P.O. Box numbers.

Orders received by 1pm M-F are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm are generally shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will generally be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Perishable Products
To ensure product freshness, many food gifts must be delivered within 2-3 business days. Perishable items include fruit baskets, meats and some baked goods. Warm climates, time of year and travel time determine if UPS 2nd Day Air delivery is necessary. Local Courier Service
In the greater Boston area only, we can arrange same or next-day delivery of gifts through local courier services. Please call 508-420-6133 for details.

Shipments Outside Continental U.S.
Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air. Charge for this service is UPS 2nd Day Air rates, plus $10 per gift. Foreign and Canadian deliveries require additional shipping & handling charges, and are shipped via the United States Postal Service with limited delivery guarantees.
